Alcove units and wine racksDraft
Made-to-measure cupboards, shelving and wine racks built around a wide opening.
Draft write-up: to check with Steve
Units either side of a wide opening between two rooms: cupboards below, with open shelving and wine racks above.
Everything was built in the room, so the units fit the walls, floor and opening exactly rather than leaving gaps to fill. Once they were in, they were painted to match the walls.
Simple shaker-style doors keep it calm, so the units look like part of the house rather than furniture that's been added.
